Sorted by how long you have. The shortest windows come first, so what is urgent is at the top and what can wait is further down.
The first 12 hours Closes 12 hours after you order — or sooner, if the parcel is already packed.
Change the item, or the address
Ordered the wrong one, or spotted a mistake in the delivery address? Email support@rosaplushies.com within 12 hours with your order number and we will try to switch it.
This is a window, not a guarantee — if the order has already been packed we will say so. After it goes to the carrier the address is fixed and cannot be changed by anyone.
Business days 1 to 5 Closes the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier.
While the order is still with us
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 business days of the order date. Business days are Monday to Friday; weekends do not count toward any figure on this page, and holidays are factored in.
A confirmation email carrying your tracking number goes out the moment it ships. If your order ships sooner than the 5th business day, that email arrives sooner too. While it is still with us, a cancellation may still be possible — email us at once.
If the 5th business day passes with no tracking number
Check junk and spam first, and search your inbox for “Rosa”. That is where most of them are. If it is genuinely not there, email support@rosaplushies.com and we will resend it.
Business day 6 Opens on its own. You do not have to do anything to start it.
We escalate a slow order, unasked
If your order has not shipped by the 6th business day, it has already gone to our fulfilment team whether or not you have written in. Please allow 3 more business days, inside which we will email you an update with your tracking number.
Business days 7 to 25 Counted from the day the parcel ships, not the day you ordered.
The delivery windows themselves
Standard delivery takes 7 to 20 business days in the United States and 10 to 25 business days internationally.
Free Shipping is delivered within 7 to 25 business days. We process and ship it by the most cost-effective methods available, which is exactly what makes it free — so it can sit a little longer before it moves, and it will still arrive inside that window. It is the slower choice by design.
Expedited Shipping is seldom offered, because keeping the plushies themselves affordable depends on not routing every order that way. Where it is available you will see it at the shipping step in checkout; where it is not there, it is not available for your order. Where it is offered, delivery runs 7 to 15 business days in the United States and 10 to 20 business days internationally.
Inside these windows, tracking that has not moved is expected rather than a fault. Four ordinary reasons:

The first scan happens late. Often not until the parcel reaches a regional hub near its destination. During peak periods, when carriers process parcels in large quantities, that takes longer — and until that scan the carrier has not confirmed receipt.

The first scan happens at delivery. On some routes it is the only scan there will be.

The tracking database lags. The record updates behind where the parcel actually is.

Some shipments are not trackable at all. Standard International especially. It will still arrive by the 20th or 25th business day at the latest.
If one parcel arrives without everything
Orders with more than one item are sometimes dispatched separately, and each parcel then carries its own tracking number and its own email. A parcel arriving without everything you ordered is not a missing item — look for a second tracking number before writing in. Every parcel in a split order still arrives inside these windows, and you are never charged twice for the shipping.

The grace period before anyone worries
If tracking still has not changed once you are past your window, give it an additional 5 business days. Parcels that run long typically arrive on or shortly after the 20th or 25th business day.
Business day 30, or 35 Opens on its own, and from here it is ours to chase rather than yours.
We take a long delay over
Beyond 30 business days in the United States, or 35 business days internationally, the matter goes to our fulfilment manager. Delays this long are monitored rather than waited on, and we will come back to you by email within 2 to 5 business days.
Separately, an order that has not arrived 30 days after your purchase date qualifies for a free replacement — the refund policy sets out how that works and the one case it excludes.
No window This one never opens, which is why it is named here.
Speeding up a parcel already with the carrier
Once it has been handed over, neither we nor you can accelerate it, and no message to us moves it. Nor can either of us make a scan appear — scanning is the carrier's process. This is stated plainly so that you are not spending a day waiting on a reply that cannot help.

Customs charges on an international order
Customs charges, import duties and local taxes are set by your own country and are not included in what you pay us. Whether they apply, and how much they come to, is not something we can waive, predict or refund.
